  We were staying at a nearby B&B during a skiing trip and made a reservation at Chez Michel and we are very glad we did! Coming from Toronto, we really appreciated the low noise level (most fine dining establishments are very loud), the inviting atmosphere, the polished and well-coordinated service, and the exceptionally delicious food! We enjoyed meeting the chef and his family at the conclusion of our meal. Highly recommended, and we would absolutely go back next time we're in the area!

  Food is excellent, and the prices while high are still reasonable. We've had the steak au poivre, salmon, pasta of the day ... all have been quite delicious. The atmosphere is intimate and never feels crowded, although they can get busy. Reservations recommended. Always happy to come to Chez Michels!

  During my visit at home from Ottawa my family and I went to the Chez Michel and the Arctic char was really good. The creme brûlée is a must as well.
